Isn't This the Real Busan Full Course? Haeundae, Paradise Hotel, Tesla/BYD, Pork Gukbap

Hello? This is the Ddungddang family. If you've spent any time on the internet, you've heard it at least once, right? The legendary phrase "Busan full course." Yet the accepted academic consensus is that nobody actually knows what that 'full course' consists of. Is it one plate of raw fish and done, or being held captive for three days and two nights drinking only soju... It was a mystery in itself. Maybe the one day I enjoyed was the Busan full course?

Hello? This is the Ddungddang family.

If you've spent any time on the internet, you've heard it at least once, right? The legendary phrase "Busan full course"

Yet the accepted academic consensus is that nobody actually knows what that 'full course' consists of.

Is it one plate of raw fish and done, or being held captive for three days and two nights drinking only soju... It was a mystery in itself.

Maybe the one day I enjoyed was the Busan full course?

I'll reveal the perfectly sweet-and-salty course I personally verified.

1. The Essence of Busan, a Walk in Haeundae

If you come to Busan and don't take in the salty smell of the sea at least once, you'd be sorry.

So let's start classically, with Haeundae.

"Ah, isn't that too obvious?" They say the end of tuning is going back to stock,

and looking out at the wide-open horizon and letting out an "Ah, this is nice~" is the appetizer of the full course.

Step on the sand a bit, listen to the waves, and wash away the city grime as the first course.

2. The Taste of Capitalism, Paradise Hotel’s Course Meal

We filled our senses with the sea view, so now it's time to fill our stomachs.

Very elegantly, at that.

We went straight to Paradise Hotel, right in front of Haeundae.

The steak that came as the main course was perfect, from the sear to the juices.

Every time I cut into it, I get the illusion that "Ah, I'm being treated to the Busan full course."

Meat sliced and eaten while looking out at the sea through the window — isn't that the peak of a luxury full course?

3. A Forward-Looking Digestion Break, Tesla & BYD Store Tour

You're asking why cars suddenly?

Gas prices have gone up a lot these days, and there's no store in our neighborhood, so we just went to look around.

We checked out the Tesla and BYD stores, and I liked them a lot.

Resolving to make our next car an EV, we digested the steak.

4. Rise and Fall — Pork Gukbap, the Perfect Finish

We sliced steak and looked at EVs, so shall we head home now?

Not a chance. We haven't put the period at the end of the Busan trip yet.

No matter how expensive a course meal we ate, Korean DNA keeps a separate stomach reserved for gukbap.

The end of a Busan trip is, of course, pork gukbap.

The moment you load the boiling broth in the earthen pot with plenty of chives, season it with salted shrimp, and take one hot spoonful,

the relief finally washes over you: "Ah, I've seen all of Busan."

Starting with luxury and ending with the warm comfort of the common people — this perfect symmetry.

Conclusion: This Is the ‘Busan Full Course’

Haeundae sea → hotel steak → EV store tour → pork gukbap ending.

Romance, luxury, technology, and soul food, all in one.

I think I've found the true identity of the 'Busan full course' that everyone kept asking about.
