Coex in Gangnam, a Global Exhibition and Convention Destination

A hub for global events

Located in Gangnam, Seoul, Coex has served as a venue for international exchange through global exhibitions and international conferences since opening in March 1979. It has developed into a major destination for exhibitions, culture and tourism, as well as a center for MICE business.

Its facilities include four exhibition halls across the first through fourth floors and 50 meeting rooms. Together, these spaces support a broad range of exhibitions and conferences.

More than exhibitions

Coex also has performance venues, office space and visitor amenities. The Coex Artium opened in 2009, adding another cultural venue to the complex.

In 2014, New Coex Mall opened. The wider complex has continued to develop as a global culture and business platform with an eco-friendly MICE technology system, and the area was designated a Gangnam MICE Special Tourism Zone.
